Each product is recommended based on the results of your online health assessment and individual wellness needs. Due to the personalised nature, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once your order has been processed.

Incorrect health assessment responses submitted by the customer online

Dislike of scent (as oils are selected based on therapeutic properties, not fragrance preference) or taste of the herbal medicine

Allergic reactions (please check ingredients carefully before use)

You contact us within 3 days of receiving your product, with photos and order details
